Most same-day delivery in Las Vegas is built for things that fit in a car. A courier app works fine for an envelope, a laptop or a box of samples. Why Local Storage Beats Round-Trip Freight
This is the calculation most Las Vegas businesses have never run. If you bring equipment into the city more than once a year, shipping it home between visits means paying freight twice, handling it four extra times, and carrying the damage risk on every leg, for an asset that sits in a warehouse either way.
Storing it here removes all of that. It is most obviously true for exhibitors and production companies working the convention and event circuit, but it applies equally to touring gear, seasonal displays, and equipment used at multiple properties across the year. We receive it, hold it, and put it back on the floor when you need it.
When it is not the right answer: if the asset gets reconfigured between uses, or your team needs physical access to it during the year, ship it home. The point is to make the decision deliberately rather than by default.
