If you have missed a carrier cutoff, the answer is usually not that nothing can be done. It is that the cheap options are gone and the remaining ones need deciding today. We are a crating and shipping company in Las Vegas with our own shop, our own materials and our own vehicles, which means we can pack something this morning and have it moving this afternoon. First, the honest part. If your item is small, durable and going somewhere ordinary, walk it into a carrier counter and pay for expedited service. That will be cheaper and faster than anything we do. Where we help is the shipment a counter will not take or will break: oversized, fragile, heavy, valuable, or needing a crate built before it can move at all.
Before You Call Anyone: Check the Actual Deadline
People frequently give up a day or two early. Carrier cutoffs differ by service, destination and origin, and expedited services run later than ground. Check the source before assuming:

The option most people forget: if it cannot arrive in time, it does not have to travel in a rush. We can pack it properly, hold it in storage, and deliver it on a date you choose. A gift that arrives in January intact is better than one that arrives on the 24th in pieces.
Be flexible on one variable. Last minute shipping usually works by relaxing something: the arrival date, the service level, the destination, or the budget. If all four are fixed, the options narrow quickly. Tell us which one has give in it and we will work from there.
If the Recipient Is in Las Vegas, You Have Not Missed Anything
Carrier deadlines are irrelevant for a local delivery. We run same day delivery across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise and Enterprise, and white glove delivery for anything that needs carrying in and placing rather than leaving at a door. This is the answer for large gifts bought locally, anything from a Strip retailer, and items too big for the buyer's own car.
What We Can Pack Quickly
- Framed art and mirrors. Glass taped or removed, corner protection, cushioned container. See art packing and shipping.

- Antiques and furniture. Wrapped and crated, or crated on site if it cannot be moved first.
- Oversized and awkward items. Built to the object rather than forced into a stock box. See custom crates and crate fabrication.
- Ordinary boxes too. We stock shipping boxes and packing supplies if you want to pack it yourself and just need materials today.
What we cannot rush: anything with lithium batteries needs correct classification and documentation, which takes as long as it takes. See lithium battery shipping. International wood packaging needs ISPM 15 treatment and stamping, which we do in house but which still has to be done properly.
What to Bring or Send Us
- The item, or photographs of it with rough dimensions
- The full destination address, including whether it is residential
- The date it needs to arrive, and whether that date is genuinely fixed
- An approximate value, which affects both packing and insurance
- Whether anything inside is battery powered, liquid or perishable
- Confirm the destination address and recipient phone number before we ship, not after. A wrong address on an expedited shipment in late December is close to unrecoverable.
Call first rather than driving over. Two minutes on the phone tells us whether we can hit your date, and if we cannot, we will say so immediately rather than after you have driven across town.

We fabricate in house rather than subcontracting, so a crate can be designed, cut and built the same day without waiting on a third party. We are minutes from the Strip and the Convention Center, we hold our own materials, and we run our own vehicles for local work. We have been doing this in Las Vegas for over 25 years, including work for properties such as Wynn, Aria, Caesars, Hard Rock and Mandalay Bay, where deadlines are not negotiable.
That is also why we will tell you plainly when a date is not achievable. Taking a job we cannot deliver helps nobody in December.
